About DexTask
Building campus mobility and super app infrastructure for Africa
DexTask started at the Federal University of Technology, Akure. We build verified campus mobility (Keke rides, campus transport, and zone-based fares) alongside student gigs and marketplace tools. What began as a response to everyday campus friction is growing into shared infrastructure for universities across Nigeria and, over time, Africa.
Campus mobility
Verified Keke rides, campus routes, and zone-based fares that match how students move day to day.
Work & earn
Gigs and errands with escrow so students can post work and get paid with clear accountability.
Campus commerce
A marketplace inside the same verified network. Buy and sell among people who share your campus.
DexTask leadership and team
DexTask is built by a cross-functional team spanning engineering, campus operations, mobility partnerships, product design, trust and support, and campus relations across Nigeria. We bring together people who understand both software and the lived reality of university life: how students move between hostels and faculties, how work gets done between lectures, and how campus commerce depends on trust. Our leadership connects verified campus infrastructure with the way students actually live, learn, and earn. That means rides and routes designed around real gates and zones, gigs and errands protected by escrow, and a marketplace that stays inside verified student communities. Product decisions are shaped by operators, student helpers, and ground partnerships, not by assumptions made far from campus. From the FUTA alpha outward, we stay close to the ground. We ship carefully, we value integrity in verification and payments, and we measure success by fewer moments of friction in daily campus life as DexTask expands across Nigerian universities and, over time, toward campuses across Africa.

To give every university student in Nigeria, and eventually across Africa, access to verified, hyper-local digital infrastructure for mobility, income, and campus commerce. One account. One trusted ecosystem. Built for the way students actually live.
We measure progress by fewer friction points on campus: safer rides, fairer work, and commerce that stays inside communities students already know.
