These Terms govern your use of dextask.app and the DexTask mobile application operated under the sponsorship of SBAM Techconnect Solutions.

Eligibility

DexTask services are intended for verified university students and approved operators on supported campuses. You must provide accurate information and comply with campus verification requirements.

Platform use

• Do not misuse, harass, defraud, or circumvent verification or payment systems.
• Mobility and gigs must comply with campus rules and applicable law.
• Escrow funds are released per platform rules when tasks are approved or disputes resolved.

Payments

In-app payments are processed via Paystack. Fees, refunds, and disputes are handled per in-app policies and admin review where applicable.

Website content

Blog posts may include advertisements (Google AdSense) and affiliate links. DexTask may earn commissions from qualifying affiliate purchases disclosed on relevant pages.

Intellectual property

DexTask branding, software, and content are protected. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute without permission.

Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or outcomes of peer-to-peer transactions beyond stated escrow protections.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DexTask and its sponsors are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
